John M. Shrock is the President and owner of Superior Basement Systems, a position he’s held since 2003 after purchasing the company with his wife, Alita. With over 25 years of experience, John has served as a Service Technician and Service & Installation Manager before taking on the leadership role. His deep knowledge of basement systems and commitment to quality service has helped establish Superior Basement Systems as a trusted name in the industry.
John is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Tuscarawas and Coshocton Chambers of Commerce, and the East Central Ohio Building Association (ECOBIA). He holds the title of Certified Waterproofing Professional through the Basement Systems International Waterproofing Contractor Network, ensuring top-notch expertise and service.
